General Policies
Required Booking Information
Advance booking is required for all trips.
The following information must be provided for all customers;
- full name,
- gender,
- date of birth,
- nationality,
- passport number,
- visa expiry date.
For all bookings the following details for at least one customer in the booking group;
- telephone number,
- email address.
Excluded Conditions
Regrettably, due to concerns for health and safety and insurance coverage, people with the following conditions cannot participate in activities on our boats;
- pregnant
- heart disease
- asthma
- spinal problems or other conditions significantly impairing mobility
Insurance of Personal Items
The trip insurance provided by the operator does not cover personal items belonging to the guests. Lost, stolen or damaged items belonging to guests are not covered by the included trip insurance.

Terms and Conditions for the Join In Tour
Payment Terms
Reservation Deposit
To reserve places on the Join In Sea Delight Sunset Cruise a deposit is required of 500 Thai Baht per booking.
No cruise or charter bookings are confirmed until a deposit payment has been received.
Booking Alterations
Customer’s requesting a change to their booked tour date must notify Krabi Sea Cruise at least 24 hours before the start time of the scheduled trip to allow the company the opportunity manage and check seat availability.
Cancellations by customer
Free Cancellation.
Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the start time of the trip.
Their full payment will be refunded, minus a 300 Thai Baht bank fee.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the start of the trip time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations due to weather
Krabi Sea Cruise reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.
No changes to the itinerary or destination will be considered. If weather conditions do not allow the trip to proceed safely, the company will cancel the trip for the safety of all customers and crew.
Customers may reschedule their trip within 6 months from the tour date (subject to availability), or the company will issue a full refund (for cancellations due to weather or safety conditions).
Mini Van Pick Up Service
At the time of booking customers will confirm the location for pick up and they will be told the time to expect pick up.
Please note that the mini van driver will wait for up to 15 minutes at the agreed location.
If the customer is late a fee of 200 THB per Every 15 minutes
Private Boat Charter
Terms and Conditions for Boat Rental
Reservation Deposit
To reserve places on the Join In Sea Delight Sunset Cruise a deposit is required of 5,000 Thai Baht per booking.
No cruise or charter bookings are confirmed until a deposit payment has been received.
Booking Alterations
Customer’s requesting a change to their booked tour date must notify Krabi Sea Cruise at least 24 hours before the start time of the scheduled charter to allow the company the opportunity manage staff and boat provisions.
