What will we see?
On all boat cruises in the Ao Nang area you will see beautiful seascapes of majestic limestone ‘karst’ islands. These high limestone cliffs are often covered in tenacious plants and tress and are ringed by coral sand beaches. Under the water are tropical coral reefs inhabited by delightful colorful reef fish and other animals. You may see ‘Nemo’ anemone clown fish, many types of damselfish, angelfish and perhaps parrotfish.
If the conditions are right you may see the beautiful bio-luminescent plankton light up the water’s surface in the twilight after sunset.
We have a policy of not feeding fish as this upsets the natural ecology of the environment and species.

Suitability and Restrictions
Do I need to be able to swim?
Our boat trips are suitable for non-swimmers.
Non-swimmers always enjoy trips to the island beaches and also relax on board enjoying the weather outside or in the comfortable shaded cabin. Particularly during the hot season the sea breezes provide a cooler environment on board boats than anywhere on land.
Our experienced staff will help novice swimmers enjoy some time in the water. Our boats have life jackets for everyone in a full range of sizes. Also masks and snorkels are freely available to try.
Is the boat trip suitable for people with mobility issues?
Our boats do provide easier access than traditional longtail boats and they provide a much smoother cruising experience than speedboats.
However boarding and leaving boats does require a certain level of mobility and stability due to steps and movement of the platforms.
Please contact us at any time to discuss suitability based on your specific conditions.
Are there restrictions based on medical conditions?
Unfortunately we cannot accept guests who have certain medical conditions.
These conditions include;
- pregnancy
- heart disease
- asthma
- spinal problems or other conditions significantly impairing mobility
Please contact us at any time to discuss suitability based on your specific conditions.
